you've probably heard of journaling. its a bit of an ancient art at this point.
junk-journaling is essentially the same, except you glue and collage with scraps you've picked up during
your daily activies! i do it traditionally to relax. doing it by hand has its limitations though;
you can run out of junk, space to write, or your journal can simply become too thick to shut. i've seen some
journals burst at the seams! it's crazy!
i've seen people argue that doing it digitally loses its appeal, but i would argue otherwise! here you're free to choose dimensions, fonts, and junk. i do collect a lot of junk digitally, since i spent at least 85% of my waking hours in front of the computer working on various things. so like, why not start collaging, right?
this might end up more as a diary, too. so if you read something thats suddenly too vulnerable, uh. sorry? idk man. this is my virtual playground. and my digital footprint is the size of four bigfoots (bigfeets?) feet at this point. a godzilla sized digital footprint. might as well keep going.
im gonna get outta your theoretical hair (if anyone is reading this, anyway), have fun and get creative! ciao!
